Dr. Majid is one of the most experienced and popular ophthalmologist & surgeons in Bangladesh.
He has performed more than 35,000+ surgeries, mostly Phaco and SICS cataract surgeries.
He has been with Islamia since 1979, and has watched Islamia develop and grow over the years.
One of Dr. Majid’s passions is to take eye care to the rural areas of Bangladesh and he has personally, established eye care service in his own village and has been a major force behind Islamia establishing three branch hospitals.
